Biography
I am a mixed media artist living and working in London, UK.
I grew up in the West Midlands, in a small town to the South of Birmingham. I was inspired by various creative family and friends during my child hood and soon started to make work for myself.
The various landscapes throughout the industrial cities of the West Midlands to the rural landscapes further a field gave me plenty of themes to explore.
After finishing school, I did an art foundation course in Birmingham and then graduated from a degree in Photography from UAL, London College of Communications. After 3 years I graduated with a degree and began my artistic practice independently.
Since graduating from The University of the Arts, London; my work has expanded past the conceptual photographic training that I received at LCC. I now use sculpture, pastel and paint as mediums to illustrate my ideas.
I hope to continue my practise and hone my craft, creating work that is both poinaint and intiscing, reflecting on the environments, landscapes and interactions around us.
